Scope
Overall art and creative direction, narrative broadcast production support, on-set wardrobe and prop supervision, remote footage integration, advanced color-grading direction, and end-to-end post-production supervision.

Every commercial was structurally designed to highlight a distinct RAM truck model. The visual narrative balanced high-end automotive feature integration with a raw, authentic glimpse into the daily grit of each athlete's life, bridging the truck's capabilities with the rugged reality of the rodeo arena.

To support the broader media buy, the primary broadcast spots were reinforced by custom billboards, bumpers, and highly optimized :15s cut-downs. Production required immense operational agility during a tight two-day shoot when a sudden torrential downpour threatened visual continuity. To rescue the asset workflow, we integrated remote competition footage, directed post-production colour-grading sessions to unify the rain-soaked frames, and meticulously paced the edits to align with Kitsch’s pre-recorded tracks. In a brilliant feat of on-set resourcefulness, we even leveraged a production van as a makeshift recording booth to capture crisp, studio-quality voiceovers from the athletes while the storm raged outside.

Stepping into this project as a complete outsider to the cowboy and rodeo world offered an incredible creative challenge. With zero prior exposure to the subculture, the project required a rapid, intense immersion into their lifestyle to ensure the work felt entirely authentic to the community. Bridging that unfamiliarity with a crash course in grit and raw horsepower highlighted the powerful storytelling potential of these world-class athletes, brought to life through the collaborative execution of an elite crew.

Huge thanks to the incredible crew and post teams who helped bring these stories to life, rain or shine.
